My name is Dominique Renouf-Soar - as a true early learning specialist, with a first class degree in Early Childhood Education and a proven track record in the top 1% of Schools nationally, I apply my winning 3 N's formula (based on Needs, Nourishment and Neuroscience).
With over a decade's experience in state and independent settings, I am currently Head of Early Years and EYFS Designated Safeguarding Lead at an award winning London Prep School, rated Excellent in all areas - and provide superior education and care based on developing best practice.
As a member of the Chartered College of Teaching, I actively engage in evidence informed research and combine modalities with my coaching diploma from the Centre of Excellence. I have also contributed to articles including the prestigious Eton Journal for Education and Research in Education.
